Your privacy matters.
This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit this website or contact Kaizenix.
LAST UPDATED / 6 NOVEMBER 2026
1. Who we are
Kaizenix International Private Limited, Bengaluru, India, is responsible for the personal information we collect through this website. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].
2. Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, company if provided, selected region, area of interest, message, your acknowledgement of this policy, and the submission time. Required fields are marked on the form; without them, we may not be able to process the enquiry.
The form also stores a one-way hash of the connection IP address for rate limiting. Our hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details and security logs to deliver and protect the website. If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share.
Please do not send sensitive personal data, credentials, or confidential client records through the form.
3. How we use information
- Respond to enquiries, understand your requirements and discuss a potential engagement.
- Provide product information or an update you specifically request.
- Prevent spam, investigate technical issues and maintain website security.
- Meet applicable legal obligations and handle legitimate disputes.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on steps you request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in business communication and service security, legal obligations, or consent where required. We do not automatically subscribe enquiry senders to marketing lists.
We do not use contact-form submissions to train AI models, sell personal information, or make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects through automated processing.
4. Storage and service providers
Enquiries are stored in the website’s private database and sent to our team by email using Resend. The public website uses Contabo infrastructure and Cloudflare for DNS, proxying and connection security. Authorized service providers may process information to provide hosting, storage, security and communications services. Enquiries are not displayed publicly.
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits, navigation and the number of successfully submitted enquiries. We do not send form entries, names, email addresses, messages or enquiry references to Google Analytics. Query strings and URL fragments are excluded from the page addresses we send. Analytics is off until you allow it, and advertising features and Google signals are disabled. You can reject analytics or withdraw permission through Cookie settings in the footer. See our cookie policy and how Google processes information from sites that use its services.
Our team operates from India and serves international markets. Information may be processed in India and in countries where our hosting and communication providers operate. A specific data-residency arrangement is not offered by this general enquiry form. Contact us before submitting data if your organization requires a particular location or transfer safeguard. Any project-specific processing and cross-border requirements should be agreed in a separate contract.
5. How long we keep information
We retain enquiries while they are relevant to responding to you and evaluating an engagement, and review them for deletion when they are no longer needed. Retention depends on the status of our discussions, contractual requirements, applicable record-keeping obligations and any dispute. You may request deletion using the contact details below. Records needed for legal obligations or claims may need to be kept longer.
6. Security
We use HTTPS, server-side validation, restricted database access and measures to limit automated submissions. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please use the form only for general business enquiries; we can discuss an appropriate secure channel for sensitive project material.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or obtain a copy of your information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have a right to data portability and to complain to your local data protection authority.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us to exercise this or any other applicable right. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the time required by applicable law. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
8. Cookies and external links
This website uses optional, consent-based Google Analytics and does not include advertising trackers. Hosting and access services may use essential cookies for security or authentication. See our cookie policy for more information.
Links to product or other external websites take you to services with their own privacy notices. Review those notices before providing information.
9. Children
This corporate website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The date above identifies the current version. For any privacy enquiry, contact us using the details below.
