This website is operated by Kaizenix International Private Limited. By using it, you agree to use the site in accordance with these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Website information

Website content describes our capabilities, products and potential application scenarios for general business information. It is not a binding offer, quotation, professional opinion or guarantee of a particular result. We may update content, service descriptions and availability.

Illustrative interfaces and workflow diagrams are identified as such. They do not represent live customer data, a production product demonstration, or a promise that every displayed capability is available without configuration.

3. Services and products

Any consultancy, development, infrastructure or ERP engagement requires a separately agreed scope and written commercial agreement. That agreement determines deliverables, fees, timescales, intellectual property, data processing, support and responsibilities, and takes precedence for the engagement.

Product-specific terms may apply on external product websites. Quizapp is in development; a final feature set and launch date have not been announced. ZENIX modules, deployment options, integrations and country-specific requirements are assessed and agreed during discovery.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, evade security measures, harvest personal information or submit unlawful, misleading or infringing material. Automated access must respect the website’s security controls and reasonable operating limits.

5. Enquiries

Please provide accurate contact information and only information you are authorized to share. A form confirmation indicates that your enquiry was saved; it does not create a contract, confirm acceptance of a project or guarantee a response time. We do not request confidential documents, passwords or sensitive personal information through this form.

Except where otherwise indicated, Kaizenix or its licensors retain rights in the website’s text, visual identity, design and software. You may view content and keep reasonable copies for your internal evaluation. Other reproduction, commercial reuse or use of our branding requires permission. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Client project ownership, licenses and any rights in deliverables are determined by the relevant written agreement.

External websites, including product websites, operate under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability. A link does not imply a partnership or endorsement beyond what is expressly stated.

8. Availability and limitations
